Andrew James Partners with Eufora and Child Help to Raise Money this Holiday Season

Last year, Eufora made a commitment to raise $250,000 for Child Help.  Salons all over the country, including Andrew James Salon, have come together to make this happen.  

With the help of our amazing guests we were able to contribute over $5,000 to this worthy cause. 

To date, a total of $100,000 has been raised so we still need your help:

This holiday season, 100% of the profit from every Eufora Aromatherapy Candle will be donated to Child Help and a silver bow will be hung in your name at our salon.

How to Choose The Right Hair Dryer

Many dryers will differ in style and design, but what is most important is making sure your dryer keeps your hair healthy, shiny and of course dries your hair efficiently! Here are some tips to find the right dryer:

1. Heat causes damage. Pay attention to how hot the dryer becomes.

2. Look for a dryer that has control settings such as a "cool shot" button.

3. To eliminate frizz in curly hair, choose a dryer that comes with a diffuser.

4. A blow dryer that utilizes technology such as ceramic and negative ions, dries your hair in
half the time and uses less heat. The construction of the ionic blow dryer also utilizes
ceramic heating elements instead of traditional metal to infuse moisture and health deep
into the hair strand while drying.

5. WATCH how your stylist blow-dries your hair. Ask questions so you can achieve that just
left the salon look. He/She is your best resource!

Child Help Fundraiser a Huge Success

On Tuesday, June 10, we hosted "Uptown, Downtown and Everything in Between". This was a fundraiser for the non-profit, Child Help

Thank you to all of our friends, guests and family for participating. Because of your generosity, we raised over $5,000 in two hours!

The event was held at Santana Row's Hotel Valencia. We showcased hair (major makeovers in both cut and color) for all types of events.

Each month, we will be honoring you, our loyal guests. Games, prizes and fun will be waiting for you at AndrewJames!
